Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise Training

Together we will create a plan to fit in flexible cardio and strength training to your busy lifestyle while keeping your body moving safely through all stages of pregnancy as you prepare for your new baby and then to heal and rebuild as you enter the busy life of a new mother.
